Meet the Founder
I started NDL Solutions Co. after years of working in healthcare, nonprofit, and administrative roles. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and while working toward my MBA, I realized I wanted to build something of my own.
My background includes both hospital and outpatient settings. I have supported nursing education and development, managed 28 school affiliations, helped with tuition reimbursement across a hospital, coordinated onboarding, and worked with leadership, employees, schools, and clinical teams.
I have also worked in behavioral health intake, medical billing, insurance verification, credentialing, claims follow up, and nonprofit operations.
Over time, I noticed the same thing in many organizations. The work was there. The need was there. What was often missing was someone who could step in, organize the moving pieces, follow through, and keep things from falling behind.
As a military spouse, I also wanted to build something I could take with me wherever life moved my family. NDL started through referrals and grew from there. My goal now is to bring the experience I have gained across different organizations directly to the clients I support.
Hospital and outpatient care, behavioral health, medical billing and credentialing, nonprofit operations, and the day to day administration of growing businesses.
Boutique by Design
NDL is intentionally small. Clients work directly with me, with additional administrative support when needed. I keep the client roster limited so I can understand your business, stay close to the work, and give your priorities real attention.
I want clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who understands the work, follows through, and can step into the areas that need support.
That is what I built NDL to do.
